Submitted information is used to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, identify conflicts, and determine an appropriate next step for a role, contract, interim assignment, consulting project, teaming discussion, or other professional opportunity.
Confidential and sensitive information
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive, personal, regulated, proprietary, or confidential technical files through the public contact form. A secure transfer method and any required confidentiality agreement should be established first.
Sharing
VERO Consulting does not sell contact information. Information may be shared with professional advisers, service providers, or prospective specialist resources only when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality or legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry information may be retained for business records, conflict checking, follow-up, and legal or contractual purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legitimate record-retention requirements.
Hosting and logs
The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, for operation and security. This static site does not intentionally use advertising trackers.
No engagement created
Submitting information does not create an employment, contract, consulting, or other professional relationship. Any relationship or engagement exists only after the applicable interviews, conflicts, scope, terms, approvals, and authorization are completed.
